I ordered what I thought was an Apple Iphone 16gb with a warranty at the ver beginning of October. It took forever to get the product and when I did it was NOTHING like Tracy from this company said I would get. This phone is a fake version of the Apple Iphone. It doesn't look or work like a phone should. My box looks nothing like the pictures of the box Tracy showed me that I would get. The phone doesn't even work right!! I have made numerous attempts to try and get this company to make this right and they have in no way whatsoever tried to do so. In fact, once they found out that I was going to contact Tradekey they wouldn't answer emails at all!! The woman that sold me the phone won't even talk to me. I have called and emailed and they have pretty much just screwed me. I have attached all emails and pictures as well as the western union transaction. I will be sending more emails that I sent as well.

Dear All, I was dealing with Kelly ([email protected]) and she send me some fake usb flash memory. I was very clear that i did not want any modified usb flash products and she tricked me into buying them as real capacity memory chips (See E-mail). After receiving and testing the goods I wanted to return and refund, she got lost and she is not answering my e-mails.
