The mails started from 07/01/2011, the mails before are delete to my program because the size of all my mails was too high.
Really the mails started after one week after delivery of the lights to my client. They started to broken some immediately, the most after one or two months. The light are installed in a ventilation place and the client has other LED lights as downlights, outdoor flood lights of another brand and they work fine from more of one year.
In June I give back 200pcs defective (I give back in total 350pcs), and after two months, this Monday I recevied from Forth Semi only 100pcs back. On the first day, 9pcs broken.
Now the client don’t want more this product, he want to return the led lights to me and has bought all halogen lights.
Now I have a legal action because of this company.
I emphasize one more thing, when I ordered the 400pz Par 30 9W in May 2010, they sent me a similar model, but not what I had ordered.
I have to buy from another supplier other 400pcs Par30, also until now I have spent many money for shipment of defective and tax, lost my reputation, lost a big client and lost many time.
I ask the return of my money
