I bought from this supplier on 4 occasions 3 went particularily well, one not well. I odered may purses and have bben happpy with quality and service, however on the last attempt I did not like the product and wanted an exchange. I even offered to pay shipping, and they flat out said "NO". Not unless it was defected. Unfortunately when trading overseas, you don't get to see the product , so if something is not to your liking, you should be able to send it back, if not for a refund, atleast an exchange! I paid good maney and have been a good cutomer. I am not happy with the way they have conducted thier business. Would NOT reccommend! Can send all emails.

NEVER, EVER engage in any business transactions with this company. They're SCAMMERS!!! I was dealing with this lady named Linda, I ordered from her and pay them right away... She shipped my order after 4 days , when it arrived to me, it was not the exact item I received. She told me their bags are MIRROR IMAGE but it turned out CHEAP bags (not even close to the authentic)!!! You will ask for a refund, THEY WILL NOT GIVE BACK YOUR MONEY!!! BUYERS, BEWARE!!!! by the way... JORDANSHOX, FIRSTFLY namedbags and FOREVER namedbags are just one company!!!
