Feedback for In-dash receiver not delivered

I have purchased an in-dash receiver sample in December, 2006 from FOREVER MAX TECHNOLOGY (contact, Peter) and I still did not receive the matter. I try to contact the company (several times), but I get no answer, even when I requested them to refund the sample charges (USD 83).
Please find attached the bank receipt as a proof of payment.
