Critique for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We have a good discussion about product and business details. 17.03.2011. I received invoce and have paid it the same day. After then i receive last answer from Fitailor. They promised to chek payment and let me know about shiping as soon as. From this time (17.03.2011) I do not receive any information, I do not receive any answer to my e-mails, they do not spoke with me through Skype and live chat in Tradekey?

Evaluation for product complain

I contact Mr. Eric Cheng. I bought 4 water balls from him. I started business with this balls and they was broken in seven days. I send complain to Mr. eric but he did not answer me nothing. The balls has 2 years warranty. Products of fitaylor international is very very very poor quality.
