Dear Sir:

My consulting firm has access to a number of very good MTN & BG offers for qualified buyers, no POF required upfront on some paper, Euroclear transactions, SB&P.

Slightly Seasoned MTNs with no POF upfront are a $500B MTN w/ r & e @ 85 + 1, a $100B MTN w/ r & e @ 70 + 1, a $100B MTN w/ r & e @ 75 + 1, a $100B MTN w/ r & e @ 85 + 1, a $500B MTN w/r & e @ 80 + 1.

Other MTNs: (1) $500 BILLION W/ R&E, 66+1, 10YR, 7 ½%, MT103 Field 23

(2) $50B MTN W/ R&E, 85+1 with DVP procedures , via screenable settlement, DTC or Euroclear, SB&P via Swift or as agreed with "same day credit"

(3) $500B MTN w/ r&e, 59 + 1, 10 yr, 7 ½%, Euroclear screen, verify, buy ticket, block & pay or as agreed, Buyer submits PO/Contractual Agreement with Banking Coordinates, Client Profile, BCL, History of Funds, Authority to Verify, Corporate Resolution, Non-Solicitation Declaration, FPA and Authorized Signatory’s Passport copy; Upon acceptance and execution of PO as the contractual agreement, Seller issues a Corporate Invoice to Buyer via the Buyer's e-mail address

(4) $50B MTN w/ r&E, 67 + 1, Funds First Transaction, SWIFT Wire Transfer, Bank to Bank or EUROCLEAR settlement, Proof of Funds: BCL, Tear Sheet signed by 2 Bank Officers, or Current Dated Pages 1-9 of Euroclear Screen Shot or Bank to Bank.

BGs Available are as follows: BGS 100 Billion USD w/ r&e, 65+1 - 1YR Zeros
MT103 Field 23

If you have a qualified buyer, the seller's mandate will speak directly to the buyer's mandate or provider to initiate dialogue on a potential transaction only after receipt of a signed LOI and FPA on buyer's letterhead. Depending on the instrument there will be .22% - .33% of the buy side commissions open to you and your group.
