Critique for Complain about Faris Export

Warning! User does not send what is ordered. Several positions of the order were missing. Half of One position of the cargo which was sent,obviosly was advised to be sent as rubbish, as the fotos are showing. Because the other half of the position was o.k..THe exporter of horse tack ( faris export ) felt no necessity to answer my complains or to send me back the regarding part of money so have to warn other importers of horse tack worldwide.
