Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I paid R5,000 deposit as agreed with Mohammed from Fadacsa. Now they refuse to deliver my paper because all of a sudden they want the full payment. They change the terms after I paid the agreed upon deposit of R5,000.This is very unprofessional.
