They supplied me with a fake tracking number after I paid funds directly into a hong kong bank account. I dealt with them before and they were excellent, but I can tell that the person who has on the rare occasion emailed me is not the same person that I dealt with before. I have emailed them in excess of 50 times and they ignore me. What can I do about this please? I have a PDF of the back transfer to Hong Kong but it is too big to attach. Can I email it to you somehow? A lot of your users are getting scammed by these people. I'm sure they used to be ok but they have changed and are no longer reliable I'm afraid.
