After placing an order for one sample unit, he told me that he inadvertently sent me 10 units and wanted me to pay for them. He could not give me shipment tracking numbers. This went on for five weeks. I told him that I only wanted the one unit. He gave me a false shipping number for again 10 units that he wanted me to pay for. The last shipping status stated that the order was placed on hold by the sender. I requested that he refund my money several times. His last response was that he could not refund my money because he would lose too much on the transaction. I lost $245 USD on the transaction. If I would have only googled him at the beginning, I would have discovered that he was a scam! Stay away, he will take your money.

Communication partner was Erwin Renaldo. The Company did not delivered the ordered items. The payment was confirmed by Credit Suisse and it's Partner Bank (see attached documents). I made a deal with Mr Erwin Renaldo before I entered a transaction that 50% payment would be made upfront via T/T, then the remaining 50% paid upon delivery of the order. (emails all kept). Payment was sent to :- BENEFICIARY NAME :- Erwin Renaldo BENEFICIARY ADDRESS :- Karya Lima No.17 Sei Agul, Medan, Indonesia 20117 BANK NAME :- Bank Centra Asia BANK ADDRESS :- KCP Setia Budi, Indonesia ACCOUNT NO. :- 8205005109 SWIFT CODE :- CENAIDJA PAYMENT TOTAL :- $821.25 USD Mr Renaldo then reneged on our transaction agreement and asked for next 50% payment to be sent when the order was in transit. He would not provide me with any shipping or tracking numbers so that I could confirm that the order was actually in transit. I even rang TNT to see if they could do a search without the tracking no., and they could not find any trace of my name or Erwin Renaldo Corp in the system. After continually reminding Erwin Renaldo of his original transaction agreement, and getting no positive response, I asked for a refund of my payment as I could not trust the continuation of the transaction. Erwin Renaldo even offered the payment refund in his subsequent email. He has had over a week and a half to refund payment, or at least provide payment confirmation to say it was on its way. I gave him a few deadlines, and 5pm today was the last before I lodged a Fraud claim. Trust points mean absolutely nothing. I hope something can be done about this company. This saga has been carrying on now for over a month. I am not sure how to attach all my correspondence with this person in this form, but if you can provide me an actual email address, I will find it easier to be able to send them then.
