Dear Madam/Sirs, Our company ACDC DCAC from Macedonia was order PCB board from company Elecsound Electronics Co.,Ltd which advertise their products through your website. We made order of their electronic components and PCB and made the payment on day 08.11.2012 of sum 2.862USD. (the confirmation of our payment and Invoice is in attachment). We received the order goods on 16.01.2013 and notice that the ordered PCB was not made correct and don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t have green solder mask as our order. The value of ordered PCB is 1.821USD. We contact them regarding incorrect PCB but their answer was that they received the preparation for PCB without green solder mask, what is incorrect because we received PCB with solder mask just on one side and what is most important on Invoice is clearly write that we order PCB with green solder mask on every item. They send us our confirmation for drilling hole what is not green solder mask and told us that is our mistake what is very unprofessional and don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t have intention to send us correct PCB. Now we have PCB which can\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t use for our production. They last offer from them is to order new quote of PCB with discount of 35% which is unacceptable. We made our complain because we are suppressed from their unprofessional behaviour and their answer. We have a lot of company from China which are our suppliers and we are satisfied with their work and service. Elecsound Electronics Co.,Ltd is ruin that image. Please help us company Elecsound Electronics Co.,Ltd to delivered the correct goods as we order and paid.
