Observation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Hello,
I had recently tried to make an order from this company, man by the name of Peter Chan. He told me I would be receiving my goods within 2-4 days. It has been 2-4 weeks and still no items. I recently seen some comments about this company stating the same situations. If this is not taken care of there will be alot of serious issues with business and trading. I only have this little communication because most of our conversations were through instant messaging. I have emailed him plenty of times and no response. Please Please help me.

This company is doing a scam I think they are in with the scam company ran by Kelly Song. I orderd from them and nothing came
had a tracking number but was sent to someone else and signed by someone else . after shipment could not get a reply on any of my contacts to them Mr peter Q is the guy running it his website is www. ielecs.com

Comment for fraud

PETER Q he calls himself. he gave me the run around after i paid him 465.00 usd via bank transfer to the bank of china putian branch on December 28th.
he asked that i pay the money into an account of someone named " FAN WEI" he first gave me a tracking number
EE449922859CN which ended up in France, then a second tracking number EE449927958CN which made it to the USA but to another state, plain and simple fraud.i asked several time for refund but i got none. this guy is a down right thief taking money from me without anything in return except wasting my time with lots of stories and false tracking numbers. i have all emails but don't know how to submit them here.
