We specialize in producing custom design plastic injection moulds of various sizes and proficiency in moulding process. Equipped with CAD / PRO-E / UG software system, available in the company now are 5 EDMs, 9 milling machines, 3 drilling machines, 3 turning Lathes, 3 grinding machines, 1 water mill, 8 plastic mills, 6 blender mixer, 3 CNC machines, 26 printing machines and more than 20 plastic injection machines etc. There exists 5 painting production lines with more than 100 seats, 3 assembly lines with about 150 seats and 4 dust-free workshop production lines with 160 seats.
The moulds we made include daily necessities, computer cooling fans, auto parts, various helmet, bottle caps, housing case, interphone and lovely toys, etc. Skilled to make all kinds of plastic injection moulds according to customer's drawing or samples.
