Dongguan City Bofeng Machinery Co.,ltd I found this company through your website and contacted them to build a custom machine. Mrs. Rosy Dai was the person that replied me (which I found later is the wife of Mr. Darpion Chen, the owner of this company). She said that they could do our required machine and that they could deliver it in 20-30 days. They sent me the PI and asked me to deposit to a private account. Over the phone we discussed further the details and agreed that if I paid them in full, then they will rush production and deliver in 20 days as we needed this machine in an urgent matter, which Mr. Chen agreed. So after I sent the US$10,000 on July 2nd, and followed up in 21 days, they kept giving me excuses and delaying the delivery date. After 2 months of waiting, I gave them an ultimate delivery date which they failed and said they will give back my money. It took another 2 months of daily request to return my money in which Mr. Chen sent me $4,500 only and said he will send the balance in a month time (he never consulted nor mentioned he was going to send less and I never agreed to any extension term for refund). Since mid of October I have been calling and texting messages to Mr. Chen to request to send the balance refund and he again started to give me false dates...\"oh, next week I will do it\", last week on Oct. 30th, he said that he already transferred the balance. I requested for the bank slip or bank confirmation number but he didn\'t send it and since Nov. 1st, he and his wife are not answering my phone calls, nor returning my text messages. I tried to contact him through Skype, WECHAT but he doesn\'t answer. Now when I call them, they don\'t pick up the phone and then turn off their mobile phones. I have spent a lot of time, stress, sleepless nights calling him (due to the time difference), courier costs. I have given them a warning message to return my calls and money but they chose to ignore my request. I don\'t wish others will fall into his trap. Both Mr. Chen and Rosy are liars and unreliable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Therefore, I am reporting this case so that you remove his company from your website\'s source directory and if possible, to investigate this further. I would appreciate your advise as how I can proceed to recover my loss. Thank you.
