Comment for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I quote some chemicals products with Woerte Chemicals. After quotation approved, client sent money for 5kg of samples, not for lab analysis, but for production tests. Money was sent on the January, few days later this company went out for holidays and returned on February 10th. But, before leaving for holidays, they sent 300G of sales by mistake, and these samples are at Brazilian customs, as a standard procedure it\'ll take between 30 and 45 days. So once they\'re back I talk to them and they said they\'ve mistakenly sent wrong quantity but that it could be used for lab tests, so they\'re saying that I should wait until this are delivered to me, and then hand it over to client AND only after that, they will send the 5Kg as paid and requested by client.
The thing is, that they have to sent what client paid for and not what they want. They had to sent that quantity immediately because it take long and client had schedule to trip to China next month and now he won\'t because of this mess.
So I\'m asking you to contact them and ask for the money back because I don\'t want to make this deal with them anymore. They made me fool and I can lose my client because of this.
