Report for very dissapointed

I placed a few order's with this company.
The first couple I received with out a problem, then one order was returned to China from customs and Vangzie from Deyou never shipped it back to me. I also placed an order for 15 pairs of jeans and he took the money and never sent the product. I have been emaililng him daily and he has not responeded to me.
How can I get my money back?
