DALIAN WIPAC INTERNATIONAL TRADING reviews

I purchased some caps from Dalian Wipac International Trading company. We ordered 200,000, 48mm lug caps from Dalian Wipac. There were issues with some of the caps - in some caps the lug was too small, the thickness in the rubber material at the bottom part of the cap was not consistent. When we would put the caps in the hopper and run the bottling machine, many caps didn\'t fit the bottles. They just wouldn\'t tighten - approximately 30-40%. It was a huge loss for us. I then complained to Yuan Yan and he said he would ask his production team. I sent him samples of the faulty caps that I received. These were not like the original samples I got from them at the start. After consulting with his senior managers and production team, they asked me to send an entire box of caps back to them. I sent an entire unopened box - 4000+ caps back to them for examination. They did pay for the freight of that box. After the box got there, there was no reply from Yuan Yan, who previously was very good with emails. No emails, no calls, no communication. I tried to get in touch with him on many occassions but he failed to reply any emails, viber calls or viber messages. The caps they sent me were defective. They know it very well but now fail to communicate with me.
