Rating for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

During March this year we have been in contact with this supplier regarding rattan products.
We have received samples from this company, Mr. Fuadi Daud and we have sent also samples to him.
In August we have paid 2 pre-payments for orders which we have given to him.
1 payment of USD 5.738,75 and 1 payment of USD 1.720
This was 50 percent pre-payment on order.
In September and in October we have been in contact several times regarding the order and status of it.
The last contact we had was already from 1st of October.
He showed us some pictures and after that we have not heard anything more from Mr. Daud.
We tried also to contact him by phone, but the phone was not answered by him, only voice mail.
We are contacted by a Slovenian company who asked us about the quality of the products of Gemok.
They were informed by Mr. Daud that we have bought from him and showed him our payment confirmation.
We doubt very well about the reliability of this company.
Please take some actions against this company / person.

Our company established since 1984 as a raw rattan material supplier in Simeulue island as a part of the province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. But at the beginning of year 1993 the company expanding the distribution of rattan raw material to java and was build a factory in Cirebon.In 1996 our company was starting to export the rattan furniture and another furniture commodities to the world wide market until now.
