I have a 2 million barrels -10% spot cargo of Santa Barbara crude oil API 39 for immediate sale to be lifted from next week to end of Jan. for a price of Brent USD$2/barrel. Buyer must be refinery or have a current refining contract. I have added no commission for us. It is being sold through a direct PDVSA Agent in Canada.
