they snatch your money no response after they got your money wrong tracking no. no item delivered. i lost my money through this seller

I have purchased 1300 euro worth of makeup from the above company. I received a letter from german customs saying that they thought same might have been counterfeit and they are investigating it. I today received a letter from a solicitor who has confirmed the goods are counterfeit and that they will be destroyed. I have been in contact with Kate Ping of that company who is now not answering any of my emails which i have sent numerous trying to get my money back of her she is just ignoring all emails. This transaction has not been completed i paid for the order on the 20th of January 2009 she said that it was shipped that day but was returned by chinese customs. She then reshipped it and it left china on the 2nd which is when it arrived in Germany. I cant seem to put up any of the emails to you but she stopped emailing me on the 9th of February and i received the letter from german customs on the 11th so i think she mite have received some letter from them also

Hi All. I'v been ripped off my this company trading under Hao Fine Trade (www.goodsbest.com) with the contact name a Kate. Business address..No.360 Qiaohe Road,ShangHai,China. I ordered $150 woth of high end cosmetics and received 3 JUST boxes for delivery. (surpect for proof postage) I contacted kate by sending 3 high priority emails and also started a instant coversation on the msn address i used to order the products. AS SOON HAS i said the wrong products had been delivered she blocked the coversation. Its now over 2 months. This has happened twice using people who only accept westurn union as payment on tradekey. Proof can be provided if needed.

Although I did receive products, I was sent MANY broken items, damaged items and the wrong products ordered. Additionally, I was shorted on each order to the tune of $350.00 total. When requested my shorted items, Kate would NOT respond. All in all, I would AVOID ordering here....you will definately NOT be happy with the products received. Ordered from Kate Ping Took over 3 weeks to receive so-called "products" Ordered a total of $1,700 in products, receiving only $1240 in actual "sellable" items....
