We can only rate as worst because of the following our hope was product, packaging and shipping was above average, but we have been disrespectfully ignored.
We have respectfully asked for just information how we would do business with this firm, we are a USA based mail order retailer; we have written no less than 3 requests via trade key, 3 more via another trading website and numerous emails to address listed on website and trade sites.
This company has shown no interest and after this many request I must conclude that this company is not operational, rude, disrespectful or all three. The level of cooperation has been zero, why they are listed on a trade site is a mystery.
