Mr Davis Tong Had a add for wholesale nintendo wii at $180 Dollars Us each on December 4th 2006. The name of the add was "Wii availible now, wholesale price limited amount, asap".I asked about shipping and payment and was told that they only accept Bank wire transfer, western Union, and Money Gram not Paypal. I decided to purchase 4 of these systems from him from him by money gram. This is the address i was given to send the money too: Jinwen Cai, Fenhuang road, 888 Putian City,Fugian Province China, 351100. I sent $720.00 US to his Company by money gram for 4 Nintendo Wii systems on December 7th 2006. The money gram number is 53579368 and the name of the sender was Jermaine Haughton, the money was picked up the day after and the transaction was completed. After i sent the money to his company i had to keep asking for a shipping number and shipping service used. They gave me a shipping number for EMS : http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp . But the package was delivered to someone in China, and my business is in Canada. After that they stopped replying to e-mails and i have not heard anything from them since about products or the money. Ive sent them several e-mails about the problem but no one has replied. I will also attach all the e-mail convertions i had with this person. I need my money back or atleast for them to give me what i payed for. Thank you.

I first sent an inquiry [22/11/2006] to this member regarding PlayStations 3 that he offered. I'd want to show you a link to that offer but he, conviniently, dropped all his PS3 offers. I ordered 3 pcs since that was his lowest MOQ, and we agreed on 1,050$ USD to be sent to him by moneygram [I've attached receipts proving it]. on the 23/11/2006 I sent him the money. the money sent to the following contact he sent me: First name Jinwen last name cai address fenghuang road 888 putian city fujian province china zip code 351100 -------------------------------------------------------------- I didn't get any receipts, nothing. from that point I hardly hear the guy. I decided to threat him and told him that I'm going to report him as a fraud - only then he replyed and sent me an EMS tracking number: " here is the tracking # ea835188232cn please check on tomorrow on the day after tomorrow, ok ? http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp" -------------------------------------------------------------------- I checked it for three days and it seems to reached its destination so I guess he gave me someone else's tracking number. when I ask him about it he act like everything ok and he will check it (but he keeps silent... or make these unclear excuses.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Today, 14/12/2006, I still don't get answers. he don't answer his phone and won't reply to emails.
