Rating for sent money but got no product

I ordered furniture from this supplier. I realized I could not buy all of the product right now so I emailed John and she and I agreed on a smaller and cheaper order. She sent me a new invoice and I paid for those items. I contacted her for a month asking about the shipment.She said she was busy or my items were sold. Then she changed her mind and says she can not do that order any more, that the price is too little, shipment is too small. Now she will not send my order or give me a refund. I've contacted many times. They said they would ship and now will not answer me at all when I ask when the shipment will ship. I was unable to attach supporting documents into form.
