I purchased pins in the past from this company and they were made to our specs with a few defective pieces. Our last order was for nearly 4000 pieces and approximately 75-80% of the product was defective. I have been dealing with Leonard Xian the sales manager.
These were zinc alloy pins with enamel fill and epoxy domes. The pins arrived with the following defects:
Bubbles in Epoxy Dome
Raised metal areas were painted over
Epoxy Dome not level.
Paint not covering the entire area to be painted
Y102 bars were the wrong size
Insects in epoxy dome
Fingerprints on raised metal areas under epoxy dome
Paint not mixed properly
Paint not thick enough
Colors were reversed
Small specks of wrong color paint
Metal not completely plated
I will see if they correct the problems or leave me hanging. I am just surprised that these pins would have left the factory at all. Where was their quality control?
