Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

A bank wire was sent to Mr Gallano in Sept for 50 pcs of Tambo Brooms. he confirm receipt to his bank account. Mr Gallano only sent 15 brooms at the end of Nov after I mentioned I will report him to TradeKey. As of Dec I have not received any more of my order and have tried 5 times via e-mail to Mr Gallano to find out on the status of my order and have not received a respond. I would like my order asap or my money sent back to me. Mrs Gallano is not a trust worthy person and his business ethique is very bad.

Mr Richard Gallano Is a very reliable person. I order sinamay straw from his company and he delivered in three weeks on the first shipment and two week on second . The quality was very good and he is very honest in his dealings.
