They do not warranty their laser tubes, once you buy them that's it, I have 2 defective tubes that were bad from the get go, and they will not replace them. They said that the tubes coming with a 1 yr warranty, but that is NOT the cases.

Our laser Power Supply Unit is specially designed and manufactured to drive our CO2 laser tubes. Available with both 110V and 220V.
We also supply CO2 laser instruments, authorized by China Standard of Market Access (SMA) for production and distribution. China State Drug Administration Bureau also grants us Certificate for Export of Medical Products, Certificate no. 20061298. Our CO2 laser instruments are CE approved, Attestation number: RSC0A0712121-3 issued by Bay Area Compliance Lab Corp on Dec 2007.
