Received a number of poor quality products, key issues were rough, unfinished surfaces not shiny and smooth as pictures. Dimpling I. The plastics, holes and tears in the moulded plastic, large amount of air bubbles leaving sections brittle and thin. Also black/dark particles melted within the mould that are visible. Some items were warped and do sit flat nor connect to other parts properly as a result. Attempted to get a discount for those that are poor quality and a refund for items unuseable however only very small amount was agreed upon and I\'m left approx 2500 out of pocket with unuseable goods and poorly presented which for a business is also unuseable !! The solution offered by the company was for me at my own cost to freight products back then cover cost to freight replacement goods to me. This would far outweigh the cost of the goods themselves and does not guarantee the replacement goods would be any better. A large amount of photos and video evidence was provided however only agreed to $330 refund , however nearly four weeks has passed with follow up and still no refund has been provided ! Avoid this company! Dealt with Donnie.
