The supplier to two months to send me merchandise that I paid for in advance that should have only taken no more than four weeks according to the invoice. I called several times and received nothing but the run around. Once my merchandise was shipped The product was the wrong style, the combs were not attached to the wigs and the wrong color. So to compensate me Dniya Wig Factory representative decides that to make up for the wrong merchandise that was shipped he would give me one hundred USD back. It has been two months and I have not received the one hundred dollars. This is bad business practice.
