Opinion for scam company

I purchased 1 time with this company successful then the second time I paid through western union and she never sent the products. She gave me a tracking number of: ea888523695cn on http://www.ems.com.cn/ but the number doesn't work. I tried many times contacting her through email but with no reply. I have included an attachment of our emails.
