I would advise everyone NOT to order hair supplies via this company. Not only did they get my order completely WRONG but they also did not send me the whole of the order. They insist on prompt payment via Wester Union but then are reluctant, unwilling and downright unhelpful about issueing you with your correct order or a refund. I may as well have gone out into the street and just thrown my money away! The contact I dealt with at the company was Guo Junping who's English seemed perfect at first until things started to go wrong. At that point it was as though his English was non existant. I am now left without my order and a client booked in for this hair in a week and little or no time to find an alternative. When threatened with legal action Guo Junping became very defensive and unco-operative. Needless to say that I have lost a considerable amount of money not only to China Better Hair for non receipt of correct products ordered, but also in loss of earnings. My advise would be if you're considering buying from this supplier then you will do better just giving your money away to charity or blowing it in Vegas.
