Good afternoon, I am Olga Solomka from Ukrainian company ELDI Co., Ltd. We placed an order for silicone roll materials in company Cangzhou Shangdu Sealing Material Co., Ltd. on December, 2017. On January 9, 2018 we transfered 50% prepayment for the goods in order to start producing the order but till now the goods has not delivered. The delivery should be made a month ago. Till today, 14th, March, 2018 the goods has not shipped. The company Cangzhou Shangdu Sealing Material Co., Ltd does not pick up office’s phones and cell phones. They do not contact to us or transport company which should carry goods. Our written claims for the return of prepayment or return of products are ignored. I do not recommend to pay to this company and to do any business with them. You may loose your money, goods and time. If you would like to know more information, you may contact me freely.
