Last month I visited Mr. Benoit Katumbi CEO of Butembo Carriere as per F.C.O(provided above), I stayed there for one month. I gave him advance for the delivery but he didn\\\\\\\'t delivered the provided material. Almost one month is passed this person didn\\\\\\\'t delivered the products and still he is making fake promises. I asked him to return the advance but he didn\\\\\\\'t do that either. And now he is not attending my calls or replying my mails! I request you to block his company profile and make a cyber crime case on him!
