Review for I was robbed by this company

To whom It May Concern:
On June 2nd, I had contacted this company to purchase two sample slr cameras. A Nikon D700 and a Canon 1DS mark iii both total to $1050. I happend to send the money order and I had to wait about 9 days to get it, when originally Billy the owner said it would take 3. I did get the package but it is NOT the cameras I ordered, instead it's some little cheap camera instead. Immediately I sent emails and tried to contact the owner, telling him I got the package and it's the wrong items, that I wanted a refund. Instead he told me, that he will take a look and see what happened with my order and NOT to report him to you guys. So I did give him a day and STILL no word from him, He has yet to email back or even call me. It's funny how these shady vendors work, when they want you to buy from them, they are hounding you day and night, but once they get your money it's a different story. I just want my refund back, I will be returning their camera to them, since it was NOT what I ordered. But before I do that, I need my money back. Can you please help me, Im fairly new on this site, and I already have another case like this pending, because the site is full of CHEATERS who are gaining in on innocent people money. This time I have all the documents needed so please take a look and see.

HI, i bought 10 nintendo ds i ,20 games, and 10 n5 cards for 650 USD and i sent the money via western union and all i recieved was a fake ipod nano!! is there anything i can do to get my money back? thankyou
