Critique for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We tried to do some business with the company Brinchbags.com a few weeks ago, but after we did the payment the company won\'t respond anymore and they don\'t transfer the money back.
We get in touch after I find her on Tradekey (without account, just company name) and she wanted to speak with me on Skype.
Hopefully you could do something for us to check this account and maybe get our money back, because we lost a big amount now. We are in contact with the HSBC too and will contact the Hong Kong police too.
