I payed for the incense.Once I got the message from delf shipping, i called john, he says "oh yeah i meant to call you about that". I didn't know how much the insurance was when i called "delf" they said 1427.00. they also said contact bridgeview. Once I contacted john at bridgeview, he basically was telling me to pay for this "insurance". Like I told him I don't have money for shipping cost, that's his job. In later emails I even offered to pay him for a portion of the insurance cost,but he declined. That's what I consider FRAUD. Please help to resolve case or PUNISH bridgeview for their crime thanks.
