Response for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Hello! Please help. The seller promised to send the goods, all over again has asked 510 dollars, then 210 dollars more, then 300 dollars. Nothing has sent, now requires 400 dollars more. Money to return refuses. To that to complain I do not know on these roguish actions. Any guarantees does not give.
