Response for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Contact the company, agreed price and discount supposedly sent team sent tracking number, Herona-express messenger, after a few days sending stopped \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"supposedly\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" in Mexico, Herona-express request payment of taxes, send transfer, after no answer, I tried for three weeks.

I paid and they never sent me the product.
Your order has been arrived in your City but We are contact the courier to
hold delivery to your address because we have some problem with your
quantity order .
Our Delivery Department send 2 unit Epson F186000 Print head to you but
your order only one unit,they are a mistake in packing.
i ask to you for helping,can you paid one unit more??
so we will continue delivery the order to your address.we urgently need
your help,sir!!
