I established Beneficial Brokers, LLC in 2006 with an initial interest in note brokering. Types of notes that I still attempt to sell for note owners include MORTGAGE and BUSINESS, LOTTERY WINNINGS, and ANNUITIES / STRUCTURED SETTLEMENTS.In 2009 I expanded into real estate investing, both residential and commercial. I lately have been focused on working as an INTERMEDIARY to help bring deals together between buyers and sellers.
