Hello, I wish to report the above company for selling fake products (Titleist Pro V1 golf balls) which I have returned to them. They say that they have not received the golf balls back but I have had Australia Post investigate the matter and they have sent a letter to me advising that the golf balls were delivered to them on 23 October 2007. I ask for your support and hope that you can assist me in gaining a refund from this company. I believe that I have done everything I can to obtain an exchange or refund from them but I have had no success. After Australia Post advised me of the goods being successfully returned to them, I have demanded this company (via email) to give me a refund. I have also advised them that I will be reporting them to you, Paypal and Titleist. They have not responded to my refund request. If you require, I have copies of the invoice from Beinjing QiTian Garment & Golf Equipment Co, Ltd, copies of all email correspondence sent to them and their responses, a copy of the Australia Post invoice to prove I have returned the goods and letters from Australia Post regarding their investigation into the whereabouts of the goods. I have attached photos of the packaging and a dissected fake Titleist Pro V1 (purple inside) they are passing off as authentic. I have also attached a photo of a genuine Titleist Pro V1 golf ball (green inside). I believe I was dealing with different contact people but was advised to return the golf balls back to a Wu Fu'an. Hi, im a company in turkey, and i asked for goods from this company, they sent very bad stuff, and i did the payment before they sent me the goods. so they told me to send the goods back and they would sent me better goods. but they blocked me on msn and i cant reach them, and they didnt send me my goods. they realy are cheaters and liers.
