Observation for Great Company.

James is a trusted supplier and a nice person. I did not find Baggager or James through Tradekey, but as I was browsing I noticed his name and stopped to see if I could say something nice about my experience buying and receiving from him.
He has always followed through. If there is a problem, he makes it right. I look forward to our continued business.

Evaluation for Bad disrespectful company, they are a fraud.

The guy is full of lies. I made a complete order of samples and everything but a few bubblers were broken. The big expensive bongs he overcharges for were broken all over, packaged like a rookie. Shipping time was alright as far as speed, too bad the items were broken. And too bad he is a scum bag who does not return calls, emails, or anything. He purposely made me pay him via PayPal and said he will only accept the payment if I pay via PayPal and click payment For a Service. I later learned when I clicked For a Service on PayPal- that that means I am no longer protected by PayPal on the purchase... PS- his products were garbage and seemed like they were blown with plastic and glass combined - thats how cheap and nasty this stuff looks/feels in person.
Next time I contact him will be in person in SHENZHEN.
