Unfortunately this company Avonflow Baiyilun TRV Co., Ltd. seems to be not so good to deal with. I have ordered 15pcs of 10dn radiator valves and 15pcs of thermostat heads from them. I was satisfied with contact and it seemed that the seller understands what i want exactly and she (Sarah [email protected]) accepted my order for them. The price was not high at all, but the shipping costs went twice expensive than the order. its ok i was willing to pay. What i was not willing to pay is for smthing i dont need. And this what i got.! Thermostat heads were ok but the valves was another diameter. It seemed that they just sent smth that they have in a stock... After a while they confirmed that their company doesnt even produce the diameter i have ordered.! Why do you take the order then for smth you dont have??? The industries all over the world are working with numbers and standards to avoid problems, and if i 10 times write 10 dn i mean 10dn. So about compinsation.. Didnt get any. The only thing i got was \\\"sorry\\\", i must say this \\\"sorry\\\" costed me a lot of money and time.
