This seller is a scammer. He said he would send 1 kilo for $30, but sent only half of that. Then I tried to buy more, and the package was never sent, so I had to pay $30 to cancel my wire transfer. He is very shady, and will probably try to scam others. When I told him I would report him, he said he would bribe everyone and would not get in trouble.
