Reaction for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Intially this guy gave us fake trackings and he said there was some problem which he would check and get back to us.
We made him two payments totalling $2280. Now he is not even responding to our email. We already got charge backs from our customers and there is huge money stuck in the merchant.
