Sir or Ma\'am, I went on TradeKey. I saw the items i was looking for and contacted the supplier, they were very polite with responds to the items. We agreed and i made an order, after the order was place and shipped according to the Supplier (Rachel CEO). My location it will take 2 to 3 weeks before i can get what ever i order so was very patient. but then i received an email stating that you order have been detained by customs and if you don\'t pay they will destroyed you item and sorry for you. To my understanding if you offer to provide free shipment then that fall on you. But it took a bit of time and I finally payed $400.00dollars and the Supplier paid $100.00 and was informed everyting was going to be good. I tried email back to the supplier to give me a tracking number so tht i can locate my items and nothing as if they don\'t exit. I need resolution on this... I was assured by Rachel that I could trust her as she has 9000 gold key trust points. I have still not got my products that were ordered beginning of May. I have also now been ignored by Rachel, and have had no response from her since paying the last amount of money. I have had nothing at all from her and now she still has $420 of mine and i have nothing from her. Please help. Either to get my money back or my products, and to stop Rachel from doing this to anyone else.

Scam! Scam!! Scam!!! This trader is a scammer. She (Rachel Kerr) asked the western to be sent in the name of boss (Jincai Zeng). I sent $400 but did not receive anything. Immidately the Western Union was collected, their website stopped working. They stopped communicating altogether. Everyone should be careful of this trader. Fraud alert, Scam Alert.

I am new to Tradekey and opened an account. I posted a request for pries for playstation 3 systems. I was contacted by suppliers. I didn\\\'t know how it all worked, and didn\\\'t know who to buy from. I was very nervous to trust anyone. Rachel Kerr from Apollo Automobile Technology Co., Ltd offered me a deal, and I sent her $145 through western union. This is the information she gave for me to send money: First name: Cuihua Last name: Xu Address: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China Post Code: 518032 I sent money, recieved a tracking number from her and nothing arrived. Then she messaged me saying my box was in Customs and I needed to pay $150 for Customs tax or it would be destroyed. That seemed like another scam. I haven\\\'t heard back from her. I thought your company would be a safe place to get products. I got ripped off my first transaction. I\\\'d like my money back &r for them to be banned from Tradekey so this doesn\\\'t happen to anyone else. Please respond to this. John [email protected]

I was Contacted by Rachel Kerr of this company last week. I trusted her because of tradekey trust points. I order a camera and a lens and I paid $159 for it. I asked her for the shipping tracking number and she gave me a fake number. I spent the money and now I have nothing. I really trusted in Trade Key and because of your trust points, I trusted her. Can you please odo something to help me?

I paid thru Western Union, she picked up the money. When I asked for the tracking she said I would get tracking information once thru customs. Which I knew was a lie. Then she said I had to pay the Custom fee to get it released or they would destroy my order. Which is another LIE. I never got any tracking information at all. She also said she does not accept PayPal yet on one of her sites she contacted me on after she stole my money is says she accepts PayPal?? I was looking for a different item when she made that contact. New company she also claims as TRADEKEY member The 4 attachments are this (1) email history before order showing who to send money too,.(2) shows lies on shipping, (3) different company that she owns that accepts PayPal (4) western union receipt showing money picked up and cost of sending If you get my money back I will only buy thru TRADEKEY AND BECOME A PAYING MEMBER THANK YOU Tom Mulligan

this person contact me through tradekey and he gives me a good prices for my order ,he agreed to gives me 20 apple iphone 4 for 1000 and then she ask me to send 500 first so i did sent and she said she only wil ship 7 items because she got scammed before so wil be 7 items for 500 so i said ok once i recive them i will pay you the rest of the money then few hours ater said the stockman he send all my order and she wants the money and she show me dhl tracking missing 2 letters and all the shipment as she said in the way so she said she need more money i send 200 by western union and she said i send the wire transfer wronge because it missed her name so i resend again and again 4 wire transfers total of $1600+$200 by western union? i want my money back +_the transfer fees i want $2100 she is scammer useing the 5 years gold member as a key to her victims
