The initial e-mail to this company I send was on 01/08/08. I send them $1,079 for some items but received only partial shippment. I still have a credit of $350. I tried to negotiate with them so they would refund my money but as usual they said that I have to place new order and they will send me my old and new order together. The min. order is 10pcs, I sent them my new order including order for remaining $350. Now, they are asking me "What credit?".
The person who is responsible for answering e-mails and customer service is very rude. Usually would not answer my e-mails or if she does she is very obnoxious. The communication is very poor so that's why I'm asking for your help. When I told her I will report her to Trade Key her response was: she is not afraid of Trade Key and besides she has my money and there's nothing I can do.

Rating for Poor Quality & Damaged Clothing

Hi,
Recently ordered some goods from this supplier. They arrived in a timely manner but were unsuitable for resale. I package was damaged/soiled by diesal fuel and the other items were of such poor condition.
Was dealing with Anny email address: - [email protected]
They wont refund me any monies and expect me to ship the goods and pay for the shipping charges. This is not how business is carried out. I have been importing from china for many years now and have never been treated in such an un-proffessional manner before. Think twice and twice again before dealing with this company.
All I am after is a refund...
