Comment for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Mr Kizilcik was very quick with his replies and promises. Over several months we communicated about the differed styles of products and whether he could supply with Australian plugs. Once I placed my order he sent me invoice and said order would take only a few days to have ready for shipment.
Since he has been paid, he refuses to answer any of me emails and he will not respond to my shipping company who tried to contact him by phone and email.
