I bought 3 iPhones of this company. They send fake tracking number. Never been able to track it. No contact with seller whatsoever.

We unfortunately had a plesure to deal with this company (mr. Doris Yeung), and items were dispatch so late suppose to be 5 working days us we have been ensured by them, and been about 9,also they send us wrong items not as in an agreement and not as on the pictures they have provided. They suppose to send us an apple iphones 3gs 32gb 100%original(2 sample products in both colors black and white ) and we have recived high copy of an apple iphone 3g 16gb not that we have agreed.Also i have been offerd(include in price) for 3 pin wall charger and i have recieved 2 pin. Report for wrong item and fake item

I ordered a autentic Orginal Apple Iphone 3GS 32 gig.
I got a Iphone 3G 16gig , big diffrens, it also seems to be a FAKE. will get answer tomorrow from the store.
Talk to the seller she say that i shall send the phone back and then she will send me a new one, I dont trust them at all, and wanted them to send me what i ordered first and then i could send the fake phone back. They refused. After some talk i agreed to send the phone to them, would like to send it today, but then they would not give me the adress. After asking you MANY times i got the adress, (in chines) but then i could not ship the item to you, you had to check with the person that had shipped my package and ask if they had package the wrong item (this is outrageous) . Do your staff pack Fake and Wrong items on purpose? And remembers it?? Strange i think??
Then you accused me of ripping You off? I have NEVER had any problem untill i placed an order with you. I want my money back, it is not nice to cheat people like you do. I tought you were a serious company, obviously not =(

Alice Trade is the best. No doubt. The sales manager is caring and friendly. AliceTrade really try on their customer service. If you are considering doing business with AliceTrade I suggest you STOP THINKING AND JUST DO IT. They truly are the best.

I have been doing business with Alice Trade Co Ltd, and am very happy with there customer service. The products are aaa+ and they have been very helpful will all aspects of building my own business. I would highly recomment this company to anyone looking to do business. You will be treated with excellent customer service , a company that goes way out of there way to to ensure you are happy as a customer.

Hello, I was going to purchase some Iphones from this Company. I asked for references and she, Dorris, refused to give me any.....first Red Flag, then I went through an agency to see if there was a Company that was named Alice Trade Ltd and this was the response I got from them:
