Comment for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

At the start of September I contacted what I thought to be a wholesaler here in Gauteng for nuts. After much negotiation and backwards and forwards we agreed on a price and also that they wanted a 50% deposit for the goods and the balance to be paid on delivery. I paid them the 50% which came to R3100, but they have now disappeared off the face of the earth and the product has not been delivered. I would like to report this fraud.
I have attached a copy of the invoice that was received. On the invoice you will find the banking details of said company plus all other relevant info. I have also attached the proof of payment.
The email that I received from them after the funds were received was as follows �¢ï¿½ï¿½ but as mentioned we have had no delivery of the product to date and they have disappeared.

This company demanded payment up front, They never sent any product to me and are still dragging it out after 3 months. This is not a reputable company in my opinion. I`m glad it was only a sample order and not an order that entailed a large sum of money. Deal with this co. at your own risk. They`re still arguing with me over the $275.00 I sent them.
