Feedback for I never received my package.

Yes I placed a order with ajpharm on 7-31-08 and was supposed to receive my tracking information on 8-1-08. Once the payment was picked up via western union I have not received any information back from ajpharm. I even paid the extra $25.00 for overnight shipping. Is there anything that I can do? I used a visa card to send the money. He sent me tracking numbers to confirm that he was a genuine supplier. Please let me know where to go from here.
