Response for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

This is the document of proof from my Bank which money was transfered electronicaly to Mr charles . No product was received as agreed. Mr Charles Keeps asking for more money and thats Unlawful and Fraudent. I am a pensioner I made this transaction with trust, and now im out of 525 US dollars plus it cost me an extra 30 australian dollars to send money receiving nothing for it. please help me i only want what I paid for which was the above and the total agreed to was 525 US dollars including shipping and delivery.
